Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in these Terms are set out below:

• "Platform" — The 17bdt website (17bdt.cam) and all its services, applications, and related offerings.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on the 17bdt platform and is using its services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — The total funds deposited in a user's account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or credit granted by 17bdt.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The customer identity verification process.

Eligibility and Registration

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To register on the 17bdt platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for 21+ users only.
• You have the legal capacity to operate a valid and active personal account.
• You are opening the account on your own behalf and not as a proxy for anyone else.
• You have not previously been banned or removed from 17bdt for any reason.

Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. Providing false information will result in the immediate closure of the account and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Each individual may operate only one account.

Account Management

Identity Verification (KYC)

17bdt reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time when required. A copy of a national identity card, birth certificate, or passport may be requested for verification. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

Multiple Account Prohibition

A user may not create more than one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and bonuses will be forfeited.

The following conditions apply to depositing funds at 17bdt:

• The account must have sufficient verified funds to make a withdrawal.
• The payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
• Processing a withdrawal request may take between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended due to verification or suspected suspicious activity.
• Bonus wagering requirements may need to be met before any deposited amount can be withdrawn.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus Terms

17bdt offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:

• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (15x). This means you must wager 15 times the total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period after receiving the bonus.
• Winnings earned using the bonus cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

General Bonus Policy

• 17bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If strategic or abusive betting behavior aimed at earning bonuses is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each bonus offer may have separate terms and conditions, which will be stated in the details of that offer.

Gaming Policy

General Gaming Terms

The 17bdt platform offers various gaming services including live casino, slots, cricket betting, Super Wheel, Money Wheel, and more. All games are played at the user's own independent decision and risk.

• Game outcomes are determined in real time and independently.
• If the result of a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, 17bdt may void that bet.
• If a game is interrupted mid-play due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the system record.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as per the specific rules of each game.

Special Cricket Betting Rules

Special rules regarding betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket events can be found in the dedicated section for each game. 17bdt reserves the right to review bet outcomes in the event a match is abandoned or under any unusual circumstances.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Intentionally exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Cheating, match-fixing, or colluding with other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems or network.
• Copying or distributing 17bdt's content or intellectual property without permission.

Liability and Limitations

Limits of 17bdt's Liability

The 17bdt platform strives to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, 17bdt will not be liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or disruption of third-party services.
• Games or transactions left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• An account being compromised due to user negligence or use of an insecure password.
• Consequences of a user violating the laws of their own country.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for confirming that participating in online gaming is lawful in your region. Use of 17bdt's services is entirely voluntary and the user bears all associated risks.

Voluntary Account Closure
